Green Cathedral Surf Swap. December 14th.

I can't tell you how excited I am about the Green Cathedral Surf Swap in the Blue Scope gallery of the Wollongong City Art Gallery on the 14th of December.
Simon Perini and I did a final run through today and its going to be fantastic!
There are exhibitors coming from as far away as Queeensland.
New surfboards, art, photography, memorabilia and vintage boards on display and for sale.

Second hand and vintage boards for sale and display will be laid out on the driveway and the grass park behind and managed by a Christian Surfers volunteer.
The layout for stall holders in the the Blue Scope Gallery currently look like the above.

Let me know if we have missed anyone!

We got a sneak peak at the Boardroom exhibition currently being set up which looks superb.

With a focus on rare and unique surf craft from the south coast.

The coal coasts very own Terry Richardson and Pam Burridge feature in the exhibition.

The Surf Swap will be sharing space with the Green Cathedral photographic exhibition featuring arts such as Dave Milnes, above, and Ray Collins, below, who will be there on the day with original prints for sale.

Morning Damion - I was searching Airbrush artists and up came the Green Room exhibition- photo's and WOW I saw my airbrushed Kevin Parkinson shaped and air brush board - presented to me from Kevin Barr ! I gave it to Johnny Skip for his collection - but sadly had it in a shipping container got over heated and the tail area foam shrunk a bit - but it looked like a concave - Wish I had Known it was on - I had a very special Michael Peterson Shaped/ Warren Cornish glassed board that Mick Gave me to take to Sumatra in 1976. Had a matching set of Barry Bennett long-boards also that were Immaculate.
