Lord Ted Deerhurst, who was in team bolt, brought the bolt licence over to England in the late 70s and passed it onto Bruce ( who had been working with Kevin Cross and Richard Harvey making Creamed Honeys). Then the licence was passed onto Bob Liddell in Devon.
