Birth of a twin fin.

My commitment to collecting old surfboards leaves little time or cash for new customs. So I get pretty excited when I get the chance to fill in an order form. I recently ordered a new Deus Custom based on an old south coast Christie surfboard with a little more added length and volume.
Triple fly, swallow tail, single to double concave with glass on hand made, hand foiled red glitter fins and original tinted resin art work by Robert Moore.
I was blessed with the opportunity to spend a little time in the glassing bay as my baby came to life, even adjusting the angle of the setting fins to my own specifications. Like all new born babies, she looks a little funny in the photos, cause she still needs a final sanding and polish.
Test ride results to follow.
